Get the drawings and documentation your plant actually runs on.
When compressed air systems are upgraded over time, the physical reality on the floor often drifts away from what’s on paper. Outdated P&IDs and missing CAD layouts make troubleshooting slow, expansions risky, and reliability projects guesswork. Our Supply & Demand Mapping service rebuilds that documentation, so operations, maintenance, and engineering are all working from the same, accurate picture.
This compressed air system mapping service delivers updated as-built compressed air P&IDs and CAD drawings, giving you a single source of truth for your compressed air distribution system.
What we do
We perform a structured onsite walkdown of your compressed air system—from the compressor room through the main distribution headers to the machine isolation valves—and translate what we find into clean, up-to-date drawings and documentation.
During the project we typically:
- Map the complete supply side: compressors, dryers, filters, receivers, valves, sensors, and control connections
- Trace the main distribution lines and drops out into the plant up to each machine’s isolation valve
- Verify and correct pipe sizes, flow paths, and connections versus existing drawings
- Capture missing details and notes directly from plant personnel
- Deliver updated P&IDs and CAD layouts in both PDF and native file formats
The result: one reliable source of truth for your compressed air system.
